Great game, has done downhill since 3 though. Hopefully Koei will do us right and create a good game using the advantages of the PS3.

Lets hope so. Dw4 was okay, but seeing 5 made me sick. It was to .... cartoonish.

I thought when they made DW4, they totally destroyed the franchise, but when they made DW5, they tried to go back to the DW2 roots, but it didn't work too well. DW6 needs to be better than the buzz it's gonna create near-launch, or I am gonna be furious.

Yeah... The PS3 has advantages that Koei could use to make a great game.

And I hope they use them. By like having double the soldiers on the screen and making better backgrounds and more everything.

DW3's Wan Castle would be nice they could add the battle of Chang An with Ma Chao...and the other fight with Cao Cao, I can't remember the name

I've been reading my novel and have come up with some levels.
1. Ambush on Cao Cao (Cutscene before the game) A letter is given to Cao Cao from the Tien(I don't think thats the proper translation) family saying one of Lu Bu's citys are undefended. Cao Cao marches to city and know one is there. Cao Cao is in the middle of the map with Dian Wei, Li Dian and Yu Jin. Then three passes are leading the way out. Lu Bu appears at one, Gao Shun at another and Zhang Liao another. The escape point is positioned at the top of the map and Cao Cao needs to make his way through smoke and reinforcements. (Playable characters on this level(Blue is characters on Cao Cao's side and Red on Lu Bus.: Cao Cao, Zhang Liao, Lu Bu, Dian Wei.) (Conditions:Cao Cao reaches the Escape Point. Cao Cao or all of his officers is defeated.) 2. The Battle at Goat Hill A hoard of locust has devoured all of the grain and Cao Cao is in need of supplies and the Yellow Turban Rebels have grain to feed his army. Cao Cao is met by two rebel leaders, Ho I and Ho Man. Both of these need to be slain to seize victory. At the end Xu Zhu comes but he is not on Cao Cao's side but another side. After you defeat one of the general one flees but to be blocked by Xu Zhu say his colour was yellow. Dian Wei asks if Xu Zhu is a YT but he replies No, but I shall challenge you. They battle it out in a cutscene after Xu Zhu defeated one of the YT Generals and when you win a cutscene comes on and Xu Zhu joins you. (Playable characters(Same as before): Cao Cao, Dian Wei, Xiahou Dun, if your palying Xu Zhu's musou mode he start on Cao Cao's.Xu Zhu if not
Took that from my thread on Koei, I'm Dionysus.

DW2 was close behind, it had worse graphics but it was a huge step from the original DW for the PS1.

I'm actually thinking about getting DW3 again since I sold most of my DW games about a year ago.
